Safe Spaces Lost: The Takeover of Indian Press Clubs

0
43

Historic press clubs across major Indian cities, traditionally serving as independent safe havens for journalistic debate and solidarity, are facing coordinated political takeovers. The Bharat Media Association stands fiercely protective of these physical spaces. We must defend the autonomy of our press clubs to ensure journalists always have a secure, politically independent space to organize, debate, and protect their professional rights.
