Defending digital media power, the Supreme Court has firmly rejected the notion that the vast scale of technology justifies blanket censorship. Executive orders directing arbitrary content removal from digital platforms are now facing intense judicial review. The Court mandated that digital takedowns must involve reasoned orders and strict procedural safeguards.
Bharat Media Association champions this institutional signaling, reminding the state that digital newsrooms possess the constitutional power to publish independently without facing sudden, unreasoned erasure by executive authorities.
