మేడ్చల్ జిల్లా జవహర్ నగర్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలోని లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాలు అయినా పాపయ్య నగర్ తో పాటు పలు కాలనీలో పర్యటించిన మాజీ డిప్యూటీ మేయర్ రెడ్డిశెట్టి శ్రీనివాస్. రెడ్డిశెట్టి శ్రీనివాస్ మాట్లాడుతూ లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాల ప్రజలకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు కలగకుండా జెసిబి సహాయంతో నీటిని పంపే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. జవహర్ నగర్ మున్సిపాలిటీలో నిధుల కొరత ఉండడంతో ఈ లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాలకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం కల్పించలేకపోతున్నామని అయినప్పటికీ తాత్కాలిక మరమ్మత్తులతో కొంత ప్రజలకు ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. త్వరలోనే ఈ ప్రాంతాలకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా శాశ్వత పరిష్కారాన్ని చేస్తామని తెలిపారు.పాపయ్య నగర్ కాలనీ ప్రజలతోపాటు అనేక కాలనీ ప్రజలకు రెడ్డిశెట్టి శ్రీనివాస్ ప్రతి సంవత్సరం అండగా నిలుస్తూ వారి ఇబ్బందులను పరిష్కరిస్తుండడంతో ప్రజలు హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.
