Experts strongly recommend establishing designated workspaces, scheduling weekly deletions of traumatic content from mobile devices, and moving work communications off personal apps like WhatsApp.

The Bharat Media Association advises reporters to strictly avoid watching triggering content after work hours or before bedtime. Creating rigid physical and digital separations is absolutely critical to prevent newsroom horrors from invading a journalist's personal sanctuary.
