డేటా ప్రైవసీ చట్టం ఇంకా అమల్లోకి రాలేదు
డిజిటల్ పర్సనల్ డేటా ప్రొటెక్షన్ (DPDP) చట్టం, 2023 రెండు సంవత్సరాల క్రితమే ఆమోదం పొందింది. 2025 జనవరిలో ఈ చట్టానికి సంబంధించిన నియమాలు విడుదలైనా, ఇప్పటికీ అమలు ప్రారంభం కాలేదు. ఈ ఆలస్యం వల్ల ప్రజల వ్యక్తిగత డేటా రక్షణ హక్కులు ఇంకా పూర్తిగా సాధ్యం కావడం లేదు. ప్రజల ప్రైవసీకి ఇది ఎంతో కీలకమైన చట్టం కాబట్టి, త్వరగా అమల్లోకి రావాలని అందరూ కోరుతున్నారు.
