From July 1 to September 30, Puducherry is implementing a Financial Inclusion Saturation Campaign in all Gram Panchayats. Inaugurated in Ariyankuppam, the initiative aims to enroll residents in schemes like PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, and Atal Pension Yojana, and assist with digital re-KYC and unclaimed deposit filings. Special camps will be conducted in each village to ensure universal access to banking and insurance services. Local administrators emphasize community outreach to bridge gaps among vulnerable and underserved groups.
