నాడు ఎన్నికల సందర్భంగా పంటల బీమా అమలు చేస్తాం.. అందులో రైతుల వాటా కూడా ప్రభుత్వమే చెల్లిస్తుందని ఊదరగొట్టి.. నేడు రెండు సీజన్లు గడిచినా పంటల బీమా ఊసే ఎత్తని కాంగ్రెస్ సర్కార్.

అటు అకాల వర్షాలకు నష్ట పోయిన పంటలకు ప్రభుత్వం పరిహారం ఇవ్వక,
ఇటు పంటల బీమా పైసలు రాక రైతన్నను అరిగోస పెడుతున్న రైతు ద్రోహి కాంగ్రెస్ సర్కార్.
