Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel Appointed New Chief Secretary of Manipur
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has appointed Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel, a 1991-batch IAS officer from the AGMUT cadre, as the new Chief Secretary of Manipur.
