Secretary (Posts), Ms. Vandita Kaul led the Indian delegation at the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) General Assembly in Arusha, Tanzania, as an observer to strengthen South - South Postal Cooperation sharing India's expertise in postal technology, digital address codes, citizen centric service delivery and more.
She interacted with Secretary PAPU and DDG UPU on the occasion to discuss on building a more equitable and inclusive global postal sector Cooperation
