Congress leader kicks Indiramma house beneficiary in Sircilla
Rajanna-Sircilla: A Congress leader kicked an Indiramma housing scheme beneficiary for performing the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a house without informing him in Rallapalli of Thangallapalli mandal. Though the incident happened on Saturday night, it came to light on Monday. The video of the ruling party leader kicking the beneficiary was recorded in a CCTV camera fixed at the spot. The video went viral in the local WhatsApp groups.
According to local people, as part of a pilot project, Indiramma houses were sanctioned to Rallapeta village, and the beneficiaries had started construction. Balasani Srinivas Goud also started construction of a house and recently performed the groundbreaking ceremony. Knowing about this, Congress village president Kishan entered into an argument with Srinivas Goud for starting the construction work without informing him.
