New Water Treatment Plant Inaugurated to Strengthen Gurgaon’s Supply

Haryana Chief Minister inaugurated a 100 MLD (million litres per day) water treatment plant at Chandu Budhera, marking a major boost to Gurgaon’s water infrastructure. With this addition, the city’s total water supply capacity has increased to 400 MLD. The new facility is expected to significantly improve water availability in sectors 81 to 115, as well as in older residential areas, addressing long-standing supply challenges in the region.
