Fake Encounter or Miscarriage of Justice in Punjab?

Two young men, Jaspreet Singh and Ram Rattan, were shot dead in what police called an “encounter” related to a businessman’s murder.

But here’s what their families say: Jaspreet was sick at home. Unknown people came, took him away and days later, he was declared dead. His mother is now demanding truth. Justice. A proper investigation.

Why This Matters to Every Citizen:

This isn’t just about one case. It’s about every Indian’s right to:

✅ Be protected from false charges
✅ Be treated fairly under law
✅ Live without fear of abuse by power

When lawkeepers turn into lawbreakers, democracy suffers.
No Indian regardless of background, language, or belief should fear being taken away without reason.

We Need to Act As One Nation:

Courts must review such cases, fairly and independently.
Police must be accountable no citizen should be punished without a trial.
Every Indian deserves to live with dignity, safety, and freedom.

Raise your voice. Share the story. Stand up for citizen rights.

Because an attack on one Indian’s rights is an attack on all of us. Let’s defend democracy together
