Forest Fire Sparks Landmine Explosions Near LoC in Poonch
A raging forest fire near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district triggered a series of landmine explosions in the Krishna Ghati sector. The intense heat from the flames caused the mines, part of security defenses along the border, to detonate. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. Security forces and forest officials are actively working to contain the fire and prevent further incidents. The situation remains under close watch due to the sensitive nature of the area.
